  At first, Me and my daughter loved C.D.H.A after about our 3rd visit they refused to let me go back with my daughter who was only 4 years old. Even though i clearly told them on the phone i would be going back with her. The first time this happened they let me go back after being so rude. The second time they would not allow it. So we left. My daughter is way to young to be going back by herself . Not to mention she was terrified. During the time she attended this office they were suppose to fill a cavity, after some time went by she began to complain about the same tooth that they "filled". I took her to another dentist who verified that they did not do there job. which caused her more pain in the end . I was very upset STAY AWAY!

  My child was referred to this office by his regular dentist office because they felt uncomfortable performing the recommended procedures. The first consultation was okay. As noted in other reviews, parents are not allowed back in the exam area with the child. A second visit was scheduled to fill cavities. This visit was okay. A third visit was then scheduled. This time we had to wait over 45 minutes past the appointment time for my child to be taken back. After this visit, I was a disappointed in the result. The procedures that they performed were not explained fully to me as what it will look like. I tried to get a hold of the York office multiple times. However the hours on the website DO NOT reflect the actual hours of the office. The phone number for the office is only the number for a main switch board of all offices. Therefore, you call the number and you wait on hold because the hours on the website do not reflect when they are actually open. Then when you finally talk to a person, you are not talking to anyone from the York office. Because of this lack of communication, I wasted 2+ hours on the phone and an additional 2+ hours driving and in the waiting room for a procedure that was advertised right at the front desk, but in reality they actually don’t at the York office. I would not recommend this office nor will I ever return to this office. Hopefully our experience will help you make a decision best suited for your children.
