  I see my previous rating and review was removed, so im re posting. i wonder how many other reviewes have been removed as Well? I found the agent to be very deceptive when i had questions. A call to corporate confirmed this. My mother was using this agent until my issue prompted scrutiny, then she found she had been mislead also.. but she was stuck for 7 years unless she gave thrivent over 50k penalty fees. Even the head of customer relations and compliance was willing to "cover up" and back the agent in writing, which caused the pa insurance commission to get involved after i reported it and passed the paper work along. Suddenly previous statements were " reassessed" with a new attitude. my experience has been nothing but misinformation and unethical behavior from bottom to top. My mother had to hire a lawyer when unfounded abuse reports were filed and previous agent contacted her new agent with further unfounded" concern" after having her account reassigned since she is traped with thrivent for years.. her retirement became not so happy. Ethical? Professional? never sign electronically is the lession there I'd say!! And all done with religion as bait. I guess thats why Jesus was so upset about money lenders in the temple ?!? Its been a nightmare for both of us. I'm convinced you will find better elsewhere if you just look. I wouldn't trust face book reviews and likes either, who's to say who is really clicking and why.
