- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The staff here appear to be very lazy, instead of opening the window properly to speak with you they use a ruler or some other instrument to open it. I've called on numerous occasions and would be sitting on hold from 10-20 minutes and still no answer and would have to press 1 to leave a voice mail. I've went here to fill out paperwork that they claimed they couldn't send out because it would take too long to get back to them in time in order for me to be seen (which was about 3-5 days away). It was coming from York, and I live on the South end of town, it made no sense why I wouldn't have gotten it in time. I really do believe it's pure laziness, because that day I was there a few of them had their backs turned to the window and talking to each other with other patients waiting and we were ignored or just plain overlooked. Either A. They do not have enough staff to cover this place or B. They are truly lazy as they appear or flapping their mouths with other co-workers.October 08, 2017by A Google User
