- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Receptionist was terrible to deal with. Rude tone in which we were informed to take our son to ready care on South Queen Street. I told her that this wasn't an option as they misdiagnosed our son with pneumonia and the general state of their waiting room was terrible. They seem to have had my previous review taken down in which I detailed a 7 and a half hour wait for a call back from the doctor and noticing several other reviews from frustrated parents along with mine were also taken down.
